Our trips and prices:

Trip #1 - Clayoquot Sound - experience 4 days of breathtaking kayaking and camping on beautiful beaches in world famous Clayoquot Sound. Departure is from Tofino.
$856 + 12% hst, deposit is $300, discounted fare is $796 + hst
Deposit is payable upon booking and the balance is due 30 days before departure

Trip #2 - Nuchatlitz - another amazing destination on the west coast of Vancouver Island. Departure is from Zelballos, about 3 hours west of Campbell River. Trips are 4 days kayaking and camping in Nuchatlitz in Nottka Sound
$856 + 12% hst, deposit is $300, discounted fare is $796 + hst
Deposit is payable upon booking and the balance is due 30 days before departure

Trip # 3 - Belize - Resort Based, Multi-Sport Adventure (14 days)
$3499 including 12% hst Maximum group size is 11 guests
Deposit is $500 payable upon booking, balance is due 30 days before departure

Trip #4 - Okanagan Gourmet to go 1/2 day trips. A great way to experience some of the best of the Okanagan on one of our beautiful lakes. Follow your trip with a gourmet picnic featuring a glass or 2 of BC wine.
 On select dates or custom trip for 6 or more guests.
$99 + 12% hst
Payment in full is payable upon booking

Rentals are sometimes possible- we cannot guarantee availability: *Minimum of 4 single or 2 double kayaks to arrange for these options (add 12% hst), rentals include paddles, lifejackets and safety equipment. Payment at time of delivery is required

2-4 hour single kayak rental with local delivery=$60

2-4 hour double kayak rental with local delivery=$70

Overnight Rates:
single $70 first 24 hours, additional days $50/ double $95 first 24 hours additional days $65

Guided 2-4 hour single kayak rental with local delivery=$80
 
  • Prices are in Canadian funds, per person, and include everything except your personal clothing and sleeping bag and snacks

  • U.S. dollars taken at par with Canadian dollars

  • Family or group Discount: Families (of 4 or more) or groups of 5 or more receive a 7% discount on multi-day trips

  • Referrals: Had a great trip? Refer us to your friends and receive $50 off your next multi-day trip per referred customer that books with us.

    Reservations:

  • For all multi-day trips, a deposit of $300 per person will hold your space until 30 days prior to departure, at which time the balance of payment becomes due.  We accept and prefer payments by regular cheque or cash. Or pay with your favourite credit card or PayPal.  Before making a reservation, please familiarize yourself with the terms of our payment and cancellation policies.

    Please contact us by selecting “Cheque” as your payment method and using the registration form below. We will hold space for up to one week to allow time for your deposit/payment to arrive by mail.

    Secure online credit card transactions are provided by PayPal.  Selecting "Credit Cards or Paypal" as your payment method in the registration form below and choosing that option on the next page will take you to a secure site to complete the transaction.

    Cancellations:
    Since numerous arrangements and commitments are made immediately upon receiving a reservation, Okanagan Kayaking adheres to the following cancellation policy.  If you are concerned about financial loss due to cancellation, please consider trip cancellation insurance.
     

     

    If you cancel...
    30 days or more prior to departure, a Cdn $100 per person cancellation fee is charged. 29 days or less prior to departure, 100% of the fee is non-refundable. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a trip, you will receive a full refund of all fees, not including personal transportation costs to the point of departure or pick up by Okanagan Kayaking vehicle. 
     
    Insurance 
    Travel Insurance should be purchased at the time of booking to make any fees you pay reclaimable in the event that you cannot participate for medical or other unforseen circumstances
